Ulgii Airport is a key transportation hub serving the city of Ulgii in Bayan-Ulgii aimag in Mongolia. Located just 5 kilometers from the city center, it is not only an important infrastructure facility, but also an important social and economic resource for the region.

The airport building consists of three floors providing convenient facilities for passengers. Special attention is paid to the comfort and safety of travelers: the waiting room on the first floor is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant pastime before departure or after arrival.

In 2011, the airport underwent significant changes as part of the modernization project. One of the key achievements was the asphalting of the runway, which improved the safety and efficiency of air transportation.

Ulgii Airport serves both domestic and international flights. Regular flights to the capital Ulaanbaatar provide connections to the central regions of the country. Less frequent flights are also available to other cities in Mongolia, such as Hovd and Ulaangom, as well as to Almaty, located in Kazakhstan, where Oskemen Airport is located. Ulgii Airport plays a key role in making the region accessible and connected to the rest of the country and international markets.
