Hospitable and comfortable Hotel Alpinist (two stars) is located within five minutes walk from the downtown of the city, where most of the city's tourist attractions and government offices are located. There are supermarket, shops, Turkish restaurant, cafes etc. near the Hotel "Alpinist". In the hotel there are 19 standard rooms for 40 persons. There are 2 rooms for 3 persons, 2 double rooms and 15 twin rooms. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower and air conditioning, cable TV, stocked minibar. English and German speaking staff of the hotel will make your stay comfortable. They will be more than happy to arrange meetings and transportation provide information about the city and its attractions. The hotel has a simple Rock Climbing Wall.You can spend your time with your friends in the cozy cafe of the Hotel "Alpinist". Here you will have breakfast, lunch and dinner. On your special request we can prepare lunch and dinner. The hotel has at its disposal conference hall with a capacity up to 40 persons. Our stuff will help you to organize conferences and seminars, provide you with necessary equipment, Internet access, coffee-break, lunch and dinner.  

The Kambar Ata Yurt Camp is located near the Son-Kul Lake. This alpine lake, which is located at an altitude of 3000 meters above sea level , it is bordered by virgin pastures and a protected area. Here you can ride horses, enjoy gorgeous landscapes, taste national Kyrgyz dishes and spend the night in yurts, feeling like real nomads.The area around the lake is very picturesque, especially in summer. Son-Kul is surrounded by low hills, behind which peaked peaks and snow ridges of the Central Tyan Shan can be seen. Due to the high altitude, there are absolutely no trees here, since only low hard grass and numerous edelweiss grow in such conditions. Also, Son-Kul is very interesting because in summer you can clearly see the nomadic way of life here and spend a couple of days away from civilization.

Sanatorium Jyrgalan with its mineral waters is recommended to visit all tourists of Karakol.
Climato-balneo-mud sanatorium "Jyrgalan" is located at the mouth of the river Jyrgalan, 10 km northeast of Karakol, and 390 km from Bishkek, in Tyup district of Issyk-Kul region. About 40 years ago geologists discovered here deep fountaining hot waters with therapeutic properties, where the sanatorium "Jyrgalan" was founded. 
The sanatorium "Jyrgalan" is part of the association "Kyrgyz Sovietcourt". Many people remember this unique sanatorium with gratitude.  Here are excellent conditions for climatic treatment, the sanatorium is located at an altitude of 1624m above sea level and the climate is considered mountainous. It is worth noting another feature of the sanatorium: low atmospheric pressure (615-620 mm.Hg.).Physiotherapy department of the resort is equipped with modern equipment, there are massage and physical therapy rooms.
With a complete recovery or a significant improvement in health are discharged 98% of vacationers admitted to the resort with such ailments as:
