As discussed with one of our 'trip designers', a good trip is one where you have fun and you are happy to come home to discuss it with your loved ones ... So, that the very good trip is the one that makes you want to do more and not to leave! ... It goes without saying that my 2 weeks with Nomad's Land was a very good trip. Good mix between cultural experience, skiing in various conditions .. I have felt like an Indiana Jones on several occasions! In addition to being able to discover a place that is difficult to access for independent hikers - and absolutely superb - we also took a real pleasure in getting into Kyrgyz culture more deeply. A big thank you to our great guide (Fabien) for having been able to motivate us whatever the circumstances, inventing new recipes based on kurut and allowing us to better understand the country. A friend who has been living in Khirgistan for some years recommended Nomad’s Land to me and it was one of his best advices! The team is careful about customizing the trip and taking time to define the best program according to the budget and wishes of travelers. They also created a matching group (I came with my partner and we were 5 in total). I got sick during the trip and was not able to go to high altitude so the team reorganized an alternative one in a very short time. So despite this unfortunate event we did not have the feeling of ruined holidays, thanks to their flexibility and local contacts in the country. The whole stay was amazing: trekking, horse riding, learning about the culture and food (and vodka!) and having some rides by car with an excellent driver despite the traffic - hectic sometimes. I recommend without hesitation!

We have visited Kyrgyzstan with the agency Nomad’s Land and we had a great experience with them. They planned and customized the trip to our preferences and they provided us very professional guide and drivers. They were in contact with us during the planning and also during the trip, which is very appreciated. In our case, we preferred to have an organized trip because we had only one week in the country and we wanted to do some hikking as well, therefore, it saved us a lot of time. We would defintely recommend the agency to anyone travelling to central asia.
I went on a great winter trip to Son Kol with Nomad's Land. It was well organized, guides were great, and left enough freedom for a real sense of adventure that group tours aren't always able to offer. I'd happily recommend them to others for trips around KG.

Little given to write comments, this occasion certainly deserves it. I just arrived from Kyrgyzstan just a week ago, and what was initially planned as a great trip has turned out to be an unforgettable life experience. The imposing mountains of the country, its lakes, landscapes, the kindness and simplicity of its people have greatly marked in me the most pleasant memory that I will always keep from this trip. If the context already met all the requirements to become a great adventure, the presence of our guide, Mikel, has turned the trip into an experience that will make any lived image be accompanied by a smile. What to say about the great Mikel, as a guide he is extraordinarily decisive, and there were many complications that we were given, but he was always there to propose solutions to everything that happened to us. A great lover of everything he does, and always with knowledge, an endearing person and with a great heart, he has earned the respect and affection of all of us with the naturalness that characterizes him. And of course, he always guided by good humor !!. In my particular case, I lost my luggage on the flight stopover, and with little time for presentations, he managed to get my suitcase delivered as soon as possible. If I had to undertake any other journey, of course Mikel's presence would bring great peace of mind. Thank you for making the trip unimaginable !!!
Went on a ski/yurt tour with them in Jan 2019. No complaints, driver and guide were excellent, homestays were good. Highly recommended, especailly when I hear from friends about other tours that were nowhere near as good with other companies! Would maybe head back, but snow quality very variable. Summer is the time to go, for hiking.
An incredible 8-day experience in the south of Kyrgyzstan, a transhumance with the Nomad's Land agency. Not necessarily reassured since a novice in horse riding, but well taken into account by Fabien our guide (French!), With a full day of discovery before starting the journey. What I particularly appreciated: the privileged relationship with the family. We made this transhumance with the whole family of Kyrgyz herders and shepherds (about ten people), our guide, and only 3 tourists. An exceptional memory to sleep in the middle of this family in the Yurt built a little earlier in the middle of nowhere. As much as following and leading the sheep in the middle of valleys, mountains and gigantic scenery. A big thank you to our guide Fabien for all his anecdotes about the country, who will have transmitted to us his love (even obsession!) Of the country! If you dream of wide open spaces, and are not afraid of the cold (the temperature can go down at night in these mountains!) Go for it!

Highly recommended. We are travelling a lot and have tried various tour agencies and we can´t recommend Nomads-Land enough. We had been very satisfied from the first contact until the last diner together. Our Tour-Designer Fabien was very experienced and could set up a Tour that was perfectly tailored to our needs, interests, wishes and our budget. In a country where it's not that easy to backpacking on your own nomad's land helps you to organise a unique journey. I am very happy with the tour they organise, they got me. I saw amazing landscape and slept in wonderful places, in a yurt in a middle of nowhere or in shepherd house with local families. The guide Mirbek had a great sense of humours, incredible knowledge about his country. Easy going and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Tailor-made at a low price! The Nomad's Land team prepared with us the program we wanted without costing us a fortune, on the contrary, we were surprised at the advantageous price. We were very happy with our guides, in Uzbekistan as in Kyrgyzstan, always attentive, and very flexible. We have changed our program several times along the way, without it costing us anything. From the moment we arrived at Bishkek airport, we immediately felt safe and comfortable with our guide. Unforgettable moments spent within the local culture and traditions. And the desire to return there soon. Nomad's Land was recommended to you by friends after a trip through the Tajik and Kyrgyz Pamirs.
